i don't understand
Companies pay HUGE money to bring in outside people to fix "internal" problems.
Ie: ...staff reduction and consolidation, internal security and investigation and also hostile takeover anaysis and reconaisance.
They also use "fix-it" people to do dirty work so they can keep their hands and consciences clean, and avoid fallout from staff reprisals.
What better person to hire for these and other tasks, than a sociopath?.
We are too small to need anything fixed.
What we currently do is offer 20% of the total amount the client pays to the associate who refered us.
So if anyone wants to refer us to their friends, or declare themselves a part of our company, they can print off some business cards with themselves as marketing manager, and put a couple adds in the local paper or on craigslist, and if you get any clients, talk to them about what they want, say sure we can do it, and then foward them to us. :)
The minimum we will do a project for is $1000 USD, though.
For now, what my plan is- is to begin an advertising campaign locally, and see if it brings in any clients. Then I plan to analyze the data.
The idea is to find out generally if it would be profitable to travel the world hiring managers who we pay a pretty low salary +20% commission, and than opening an office for that manager, and providing a limited expense account for advertising, and then the manager fowards the work to our team.
I'm not sure if it would be profitbale though to open an office, and pay salary and stuff. I still have research to do!!
But yeah, the dream is to travel the world looking for people who are motivated, and then offering them the opportunity. That way, we can have offices all over the world funneling us work.
