I've watched Hard Candy about six times. There was one I was trying to think of... Australian .. maybe Victoria's Game or something like that. Very dark. It's his or her birthday and she traps the husband in the appartment. Anyone remember the name?

Do you get that channel via satellite? I've never heard of it.

I suppose what I meant by "phase", is when you get buried in it, do you know what I mean? Not just your taste of genres, but like, a few days of watching crime documentary after crime documentary. Like 12 hours per day. That sort of phase.

Oh, I cant afford to do that on account of the size of and demographic within my home, otherwise I might. I get obsessive about stuff, but I also have a very short attention span, so I tend to hop around a lot between things. But if I'm engrossed in a really good book, I will not put it down until it's finished, to the detriment of anything else I ought to be doing. And sometimes I go on paperback binges. So yeah- I do that with books, occasionally, but not television.

Came across The Handmaid's Tale in my folk's basement today, and put it with my books. I don't think I've ever read her.
