Later on, we can try to fix it.
We can write a function that counts the time since a user's last post. If the time is shorter than 30 seconds, the time required to wait between posts increases by 5 seconds.
This means that if a user makes a post, and then another right after, the 3rd post will have to wait 5 seconds, the 4th 10 seconds, the 4th 15 seconds, 5th 20 seconds, and so on up to 30 seconds.
This way, a typical user can post 2-3 posts quickly and not be inconveinanced while a spammer will find his macro less and less effective!
