OK...

So, my employment in the service of this country will come to a 20 year end next summer.  I'm getting a bit excited.  I dont have a job lined up for the afterlife, and honestly... I can't think of anything I want to do.  I love working outside and getting dirty.  I really don't want to work for anyone.  I love excitement.  I don't want to be responsible for anyone else.  I want people to leave me the fuck alone.  Thought about farming.  Thought about some jobs "outside the public norm".  Any suggestions?

Now, I know the humor is gonna come.  I'm gonna get some crazy occupations from some of you.  So, to make it a bit more interesting, if you suggest a profession also explain how you/I would go about starting the job.  This might eat up some time until Bannanas returns or an idiot bigger than Rosie or Toby come around.

I'm bored.

Park Ranger... Hmmm, had not thought of that.  Still working for someone, but outdoors... Could be exciting.  Thought.

Become a bum... Put all your savings away somewhere where you can't access it until a certain time... panhandle and hitchhike... live outside of the norm... not so much and occupation... but you'd get by...

Find an island that requires a ranger/caretaker and take up residence. Few people, and if its but a short trip to the mainland, you wouldnt miss out on "social" neccessitites.
