Yeah, it has spread like the plague since the inception of the new forum...
I am a very "white", half-Asian, American, who walks among you unrecognized :) and this is my take: Asian language is very different from English, French, Spanish (you know, those languages more known by Americans) and their accents are usually very, very hard to understand. It just becomes a matter of convenience to remain in a group of other Asians. Plus, their culture, food, traditions, etc. are so different that it's hard to blend in (have you ever smelled Kimchee?). You all may be more open-minded and accepting, however, most aren't. Quite frankly, I often joke at the expense of Asians.
