i need ideas on how to collect funding and labor for my starting a GIANT greenhouse country in marie byrd land. there is plenty of sea and wind power to warm giant greenhouses and solar lighting, and plenty of fresh water for watering crops. there are many fish, and there is a lot of earth in the mountains to dig into, and the poles COULD be used for a free energy power supply. is there any way i could do this, I need a way to get the labor, money, and tools. i obviously need a LOT of transparent plastic, glass, or both. i am going to build a sort of biodome paradise, above ground will be miles of lovely garden, but below ground will be mushroom farms, other farms for plants for consumption and medical purposes, and undergound cities. i am hoping this country will have nothing but common law, no rape, violence, or stealing. that is all. HOWEVER, half the land is for public use, and half can be used for whatever the hell random people want graffiti and littering wont be allowed in public land, but will be allowed in "free" land. that way, people can escape the shithole if it gets to trashy, or public land if its to strict to them, getting to have the best of both worlds. i will also need weapons such as bombs- and lots of them, so i can defend my country.
