Nah man, a cat purring full force on your chest while giving lovey eyes.
It's not enough to just hear it, you gotta feel it, and I am claiming the third voting block for this escalation.
I otherwise have an odd weakness for some ear cleaning ASMR videos, especially on LSD (highly recommend pairing ASMR with LSD if you randomly have the opporitunity). Something about the noises made hit me right in the spine.

I principally want to agree with you from how much I like cats, but that'd be me lying out of sentimentality. Having a good pair of headphones with 3dio ear cleaning has practically had me dry-orgasm:
