yeah agreed, I try explaining this to Turncoat and other skeptics about how during dmt trips and OBEs and NDEs like you said "Our brain isn't capable of rendering colours we've never seen before, let along render the most beautiful beings that fill us with knowledge and good advice and cause us to kick bad habits etc"
the fact that leaving your physical body to experience other realms where you experience shit that is simply unearthly is possible is amazing to me but materialists will sum it all up as hallucinations and nothing more

As far as seeing color you have never seen before. I've not experienced that. It's overplayed drama by those who mistake waiting room for breakthrough.

I've seen color gradients get pretty fucking weird even on just LSD, and the time you had me try DMT featured some odd purples and pinks within a plaid-like grid as the mind went numb of my surroundings for a bit. I don't see why "seeing colors that don't exist" is taken as fact when one's perceptions are already out of whack and beyond synesthetic. I'd argue that that's more about how you're perceiving things as opposed to a "Color Out Of Space" sort of scenario or something.

He flips what "Good" and "Bad" are a lot, but he at least is consistent about which source materials he's drawing from as the foundation for his thinking.

The favorite entities I hear about are the "machine elves." Apparently they just dance around and show you all sorts of contraptions, usually machines powered or augmented by crystals. They turn sounds into shapes and show you all sorts of impossible things. I'm inclined to believe that's synesthesia from the DMT, still interesting regardless how common these experiences are.
Ya I've heard of these too, they seem pretty neutral and chill. maybe synesthasia but as one guy was talking about, he tripped and entities basically predicted he would see them again the next trip and he did, and the next trip happened when he was on a completely different continent lol

It's almost as amazing as thinking after I eat a burrito that I'm likely to eat another one again later. If that's where your head's at, it increases the odds exponentially.
