Not: Faith + Works (works salvation) = Justification.

Not : Faith = Justification - Works (easybelivism).

Yes: Faith = Justification + Works.

God :God made man who is accountable to Him.

Man  :Man rebelled into sin unable to save itself from the power and penalty of their misdeeds.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Hope  :God sent his son to die in our place to save us from the penalty and power of sin.

1 John 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Response  :God calls everyone to repent and believe (having faith). To clarify repentance comes from the word “metanoia-” which means “a change of mind”. A change of mind that acknowledges and turns to the true gospel of God.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.

Sanctification  :God sanctifies all who are saved. Sanctification is a byproduct of salvation.

James 2:18 But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.
