My army rank is major, given name Major, middle name Major, and surname Major. When I was born, my mom wanted me to be called Caleb Major, and that's what my name was in our family until I went to kindergarten and learned that my father has a twisted sense of humor and apparently wrote down "Major" as my first name, so that it's "Major Major", a good idea of a joke he repeated at every opportunity to everyone who visited our home.....

When I got to army, the rank was inevitable. I will not be moving up or down anytime soon.
