Maybe it's my fault to though, the whole ordeal made me lose it so much that now, half of what I say is some crackpot delusion. And no one can believe the things I say because I'm so nonsensical. Like someone who's had their voice box ripped out and when they try to scream to explain, while no one hears anything but horrible mangled sounds that shouldn't come from a human
I'm just following my usual advice of "consider the source".
For anyone, including myself, I'm stuck filtering out theirs and my own bias, agenda, accountability, all that junk before seeing how much otherwise neutral usable data is within it.
You make that difficult to do, especially when you've admitted to lying for attention. This could even be embellishment, exaggeration, and even if it isn't how reliable of a narrator do you find yourself to be even towards yourself?
I don't trust myself, why should I figure other people trusting themselves is fullproof? This otherwise has "Boy Who Cried Wolf" undertones.

Because there are witness who were at the institution with me. And my parents, aunt, and grandparents all know about it, they've talked with my husband and he knows its true, because there are to many witnesses including ones who don't like me, for me to be putting on a play.
