Oh joy! So now I get to google hot Japanese chicks with glasses. So it depends on the frame. I'd say large frame makes you look feminine because it makes your face look more triangular. Since that thing is targeted towards Japanese people here are a few examples of Japs with glasses (w/ slightly larger-than-average frames):

Whether you like it or not I don't think many people would say that looks masculine or cold. And if you go switch to even bigger frames it can make you look a bit childish:

It's all about the frame. Some glasses are really cute on a girl (normally round frames).

Looking a little bit serious isn't bad depending on job/location.

 no doubt, a nice proportioned lady is very attractive. large does not always mean sexy.
