Yes, and it'd be very easy for me to argue how. 

If I am "trapped" here at all, it's because there are interesting people. And although I talk to some people some days on here (usually on binges), many times I am gone for days or a week and barely tune in. Participation isn't taxing at all, I'm not sure where your frustration stems from.

That's right, I'm the only person here with free will and I will declare it by putting a bullet in my head. Everyone else kills themselves because of depression or other selfish reasons. I kill myself only to show that I have free will, and will be the first one in the history of humankind to do so.

How is it bad?

Because of the WYSIATI principle. You put bad thoughts in the bad box and good thoughts in the good box. You're feeding the bad box now, and cutting off oxytocin and serotonin production from your brain. If you were banging your 24/7 sex slave, bicycling, or connecting with people on a deeper level over tea or something you'd be much better off.
