i.e. image hosts that dont require javascript where one could easily upload to from tor without risking to be compromised. this doesnt make it impossible to upload cp anonymously but will be enough to prevent script kiddies from doing it

We could make a topic for them that updates like once every one or two weeks.
It's extra and unneeded, but since it's already there we could have some fun with it.
maybe a shorter time on post edits like 20 or 30 minutes?
The time for posts can be adjusted easily based on our current needs. Until problems arise, I feel that it's alright to keep it at that amount of time for now.
