Chicken patties are just round, oversized chicken nuggers

 Nuggies are best ♡ Chicken patties are big nuggies 

Now i would never go as far as to say Chicken Strips are healthy, but they are less unhealthy then nuggets. Processing the meat is a method of mixing in more fillers and lower quality meats- but boy does it taste good.

McNuggies w/ bbq sauce are dank af but they mix all kinds of stuff in for filler. Here is a video i found a few years ago of what was found by putting McNuggets under a microscope 

Strips no question. 

It's just chicken either ways.
