A funny lady at the bank was talking to me, she was crying a bit and told me that she has fifteen wives that she is the president of some country I forgot. Most people were looking at her with contempt, but I realized she was talking the truth. After all, why would she lie? Oh yeah, except if she was delusional or something. We talked about life and death and some shit like that. I think she had a death sentence. Anyway, I told her I enjoyed the conversation we had, which I did. Shortly after I threw a poké ball at her.

I long for a world where people don't need to resort to listening to their primal instincts. A world where weakness is understood and decisions are made based not on the show, the appeal and the acting, but based on real, unbiased information and knowledge. A world where people will be accepted as they are. In a world like that, I'd be nothing. But that wouldn't really matter. Most people would be content, the people who deserve to be.

There are so many people being put down in their place. You add them to your collection, and, you know how it goes, gotta catch em' all! For you unfortunate victims: Struggling won't make things easier, you'll just be banging your head against the wall. Taking yourself on might be one of the hardest things a person can do. Mano e mano, the ultimate fight that you will lose in the end.

Nobody will ever understand you people and when you're gone nobody will give a flying fuck. Don't you even realize that!??!????? I do, because I'm Yoda, Realize that don't you? Yoda is such a fucking lame character. I mean seriously, nobody would give a fuck about Yoda's teachings if he couldn't snap your neck with a flick of the fingers. "Find the path, you will..", "Yeah yeah, whatever you say you old coot".

There's this girl I know and she's really brilliant but she's also really shy and because of that people don't generally appreciate what she does. It somewhat pains me to see that and I've been trying to stand up for her. That's my first step into creating an utopian world where I'm a worthless piece of shit.

I wish I showed him more respect openly, but my challenging him and trying to be a pain by doing stuff like calling out his puppets and watching him "UGH" at my ignoring his PMs while replying in forum topics were the only ways I could. 

He became the things he hated in an exaggerated tone to try to have others match up with the same hate. He understands that example is our best teacher, and watching him grow as a person since SC1 was one of the reasons I even stuck around. The guy is the only one who can give me a run for my money for the room to obsess over something, and he went the extra mile to make programs that'd help him further, such as a program that crawled the forum for typically used words sorted by user, which he'd then adopt to try to borrow their strength. 

What few times I gave him genuine praise openly, he never wanted to accept it. He didn't think he deserved it and said I was inflating his talents, but... he's an artist to me, a Final Fantasy Blue Mage more than anyone else I've ever seen. 

The last pm I got from Legga was "fu". Sho sad.

I've decided not to join this forum. This place makes for fun drama every now and then, but it is too static for my taste.

Moreover, I am worn out by the cynical attitudes. I find my brain going on overdrive when I am on SC. When I'm meditating, instead of focusing on my breath, my thoughts wander off to things like "Why is Inquirer's voice so sexy, and why can't my voice be as great? The world is so cruel, to give such an evil hitler such a nice voice while the rest of us suffer. I should probably start singing classes."

I was never underrated, I simply did not fit in with the rest of the community.

I would like to focus on living a life I can tell my grandchildren about. I am trying to build a legacy for myself and I am a long way past the sockpuppet games. I am not proud of bullying an undergrad kiddo for having dreams, although I think it's for good that it helped push Luna to move on.

It was fun, but it's time for new adventures.

that was not an act of bullying, it was an act of manipulation. the same kind "i'm disapoint/i expected better of you/i hope you're joking" sort of manipulation inquirer uses

I dunno, when I'm not particularly active anyway it just takes one person saying something completely absurd.

Sounds to me more like you're becoming inspired towards Right Hand Path thinking from this environment. 

How is being spurred into action a bad thing? Meditation's basically just a drug, but the price is training instead of dollar bills. 

Detachment when it goes too far can be as unhealthy as over-attachment. It's about balance instead of excess, unless excess can somehow make you happy without too many costs.

A lot of people didn't get you. Even if I don't get you, they didn't even try for one reason or another as a result of your machinations.

You see, I don't see how SC gets in the way of that really. 

I've been able to use it as an ice breaker for talking to people, as many stories from people here make good dinner time talks with quirky people.

How it happened is interesting data, but what had to happen in some cases was not always good.

This place is fucking Hotel California to me. 

No one leaves. They can talk the talk, but inevitably they're drawn back in. We're addicts who cannot help ourselves on some level about whatever this place's weird energy is.
