DISC - Interesting Personality Test Similar To The MBTI Thing

This is a test/classification that I know from very reliable sources is used in companies for hiring advice, in coaching political candidates, in TV show casting, etc. I prefer it to the Meyer Briggs thing, since I think is more relevant and useful in reading others around you and how to deal with them.

I just want other people to read this shit and be confused whether it's part of the post or not.
