its bad for your teeth enamel tho isnt it? ACV. ill try diluting it pretty strongly but last time I tried it i could like feel my enamel eroding lol
Anorexia can fuck with your metabolism, hard.
The results you get are temporary. Once you try to start eating again, you'll either find it that much harder to eat without feeling sick, making recovery difficult, and/or you'll see that your metabolism's completely shot, and that every little thing you'll eat will have you gain every pound.
It's basically a Feast or Famine transformation, as go figure if your body thinks it's dying, it will want to hold onto every calorie it can grasp.
Like Alena asked though, how many calories a day?
How many calories are you eating rn?
900 cals on the fasting days, on the days that I overcompensate (binge) there have been a few of these days lately which is another reason why Im frustrated......probably realistically 2000-3000 calories
I'm starting to get to a point where im seeing junk food as evil and from Satan and imagining that if I eat anything bad that I will gain 100lbs within the next year garunteed, im trying to scare myself and ive been watching my 600lb life and other type of videos with extreme morbidly obese people to scare myself too lol
Have you ever asked your doctor to check your thyroid? Could be a contributing factor.
I have had my thyroid checked out in the past and was convinced I had a thyroid issue (but to be fair I'm a hypochondriac) the tests came back normal, tho as they usually do. the only health issue I had in the past was prediabetic insulin issues but those are gone even now. all my tests come back completely normal for everything

You may be doing too little calories too soon, I'd say start off at 1500 cals a day, lots of water and if you're doing intermittent fasting eat at the times you've noticed you're hungry and want to binge. I'm not sure if you've already cleared out your fridge, but do so and meal prep for your week. This serves two functions;
1. You learn to cook interesting meals at a new calorie restriction. You start learning what are healthier alternatives for what you tend to like. Pizza? Do a cauliflower crust. Burger? Salmon, chicken, Turkey or portabella mushrooms are great.
2. Visually you're starting to accept this is your food and the hardwork you've tends to leave you feeling better. You start finding that you can better a recipe to your likes and what not. I think its really helpful to see the amount you eating so maybe if you haven't already get a food scale.
I don't want to say get rid of snacks completely since they aren't *bad* as long as you do it in moderation. If you buy a tin of cookies and 1 serving is 3 cookies at 270 calories keep that in mind and make the decision to stop at 3.
After a few weeks, if you feel like you're up to it, You can then lower it to 1200, see how that makes you feel.
I dont tend to eat breakfast, but if I have to: a tall coffee with 1/2 a cup of Almond milk tends to get me through the day sometimes, if I still feel hungry at night I'll eat an orange.
For exercise: some lite body weight exercises should get you going tbh. Mountain climbers, ropes, suicide runs (fuck burpees) and some squats and you should be squared.
Its different for everyone but I definitely don't suggest going full on anorexic
Thx Lena these are great suggestions, I am going to get a lot more meticulous with the calorie counting for sure. I've already found healthier versions for things I used to love eating especially since I don't usually eat gluten or much dairy anymore but I know I can be eating a lot healthier than I am even now, or at least make the cheat days healthier and the accidental binges healthier(which i hope stop completely eventually)

You can still eat some of that sweet stuff tho if you really crave it. Halo icecream is pretty good cos you can eat the whole thing without worrying about service sizes. Eating healthier is great! But you can occasionally treat yourself. And while I dont see anything wrong 900 cal, just make sure that if you go any lower than that you talk to someone first. Restriction is slippery and honestly feels great because you think you've achieved some sort of control but it can easily spiral out of hand.
