Slay not being able to access the site will be fixed eventually. Nothing we can do except give it time.
What's getting in the way? I don't understand how he's getting an ip error that we aren't.

Because different name servers update their caches at different speeds. If you're unlucky and your browser happens to ask a name server that doesn't yet know about sociopathcommunity.com being activated then you'll get an error.
At least I'm guessing that's what he means by "IP can't be found".
