Delora is a special case, and when she's left free to roam she's prone to self destruction.

One time on her live stream, she was on the beach preparing to paddle to an island off to the distance. I tried to tell her not to do this because the sea is too strong. It will take her away, but through her vlogging she wasn't paying mind to the chat. 

She stops streaming.

She started streaming again, and she was seriously out in the sea sitting on a board talking about how she's not moving in the right direction, and how she'll be back with an update.

Stream goes up again, and she was back on land talking about how she was rescued by a lifeguard. 

I can go into detail of what happens to a person floating in salt water for a few days in a waste land of saltwater and sharks, by day 2 or 3 the nails and toenails will start to peel off as the water gradually becomes more acidic, and the sharks start to smell something yummy.

Fast forward to today's situation. It's pretty much the same. Delora wandering off into calamity, wanting to talk to BR's accusers who really lack any evidence, but label him an abuser.

In short, it was either take away the phone until she's better, or watch his mentally ill wife be lead astray. And let's be honest here, How long would you actually keep Delora ?

 I'd still heat up some milk for her on the stove, see to it that's she's washed up, and I would tuck her in, and if I hear her having nightmares I'd barge in the room and caress her head till she's calm, before kissing her on the forehead and making sure the nightlight stays on, and I would leave a crack in the door just in case she needs me again.
