On a meh scale, It's aight. Not as I remembered
I mean what are you really wanting to say
Alright, I'll break it down:
It's just
"It is simply" and "It is only". This demonstrates how it can only be a simple thing while showing it to be the opposite of numerous or varied.
a natural expression
As opposed to being unnaturally scripted and planned, it's showing itself "without special help or intervention" as google would refer to it as. It's simply there, being itself, and how that appears is in front of us to see.
of snarky
Snark is another word for "Sarcasm". It basically shows humor through the expression of irony.
humor
A sense of humor is basically the ability to see where a joke is trying to take someone, while the humor when the word is by itself itself is the joke or gag that'd require a sense of it.
It's the equivalent of the word "taste" when it comes to art and food, except purely in the spectrum of comedy. Humor is basically the flavor of comedy.

through it's own unintendedly referential
Basically re-emphasizing the natural expression angle for it's lack of purpose in the gesture. What I am laughing at, while referential in humor, was not what their goal was when they were adding that graphic to their videos (this one at least).
self-demonstration.
It shows itself instead of having to spoonfeed or explain to us what's there.
I often refer to people here when they make fools out of themselves as "Self Demonstrating", as they are by simply being themselves in those moments proving me right in front of an audience of people that can confirm what was seen. It's a helpful tactic for getting around perceptual bias, as now it's a room full of people who saw it the same way that you didn't.
There, does it make more sense now?
