Edit: It starts looping on itself part way in... multiple times. The video's much smaller than it appears.
I mostly find his audience's perception of his masochism and suffering to be really surreal to watch.
Also damn, his parents really beat him into the ground. It's what he immediately calls on in so many circumstances.
He suffered a lot. He got big physically and stardom wise too fast and burned out too quick.
He lived so fast...he would snort line after line of blow and all for the never ending demand of the audience.
Him and belushi were the best physical comedians bar none...

That almost manic escapist desperation had me struggle to enjoy it quite as much. His feelings are all over his face and in his hands, and he can't even hide it almost ever. His words just pour out of him.
Even the interview's Top 3 of his comedy bits were some of the ones that hurt him the most. He's remembered fondly for being in tons of pain. His parents trying to give him reality checks... and some of his comedy friends sympathizing, are the only realistic glimpses we get into the guy from an outside perspective.

Interesting.
Off but yet on subject...who would you say comedian/comedians wise you enjoyed watching growing up and or now?

I tend to prefer comedians when they're thrown into less direct mediums. Most comedy I like is in the writing as opposed to just being a physical spectacle (not counting silent comedies), improv skit, or a man at the microphone.
There are some however who have caught me off guard for being surprising as direct stand up comedians. Off the top of my head anyway:
Hannibal Buress
Judy Tenuta
George Carlin
Eddie Izzard
Demitri Martin
