Why would he say it like that if he was married?
Yeah, from what I recall Ed's more stated openly that he hides this place from girlfriends.
Still, he is the one who harps on the need to protect one's information harder than anyone else I've seen on here, projecting the dangers it poses from putting himself in their circumstances.
I still love his lines like "No one in real life treats me this way!".
