 Yeah I’ve actually been making an effort to not give into the dissociation and spam the word watermelons over and over Because if I give into it, it will just escalate. 

So I’m just trying to keep calm. Because I know the way I’m feeling is like, just a result of that. And I need to remain functional till I can just calmly go get my meds tomorrow 

I’m so stupid because I literally put in the order for them, and then instead of going to pick them up. I just said, “eh fuck it. I don’t feel like driving.” And didn’t do it
