 I remember one time when you fangirled over me in a comment. If you're gonna be a piece of shit, at least be consistent.

Campbells' work, along with the work of those in the same tradition, is powerful because it allows you to navigate the symbology  and signifiers common across narratives in a culture/cultures -he exemplifies this with The Masks of God and Historical Atlas of World Mythology-. 

You've broken up what you deem to be your actual experience into plot points with an alternative ending. Hence, what we have here is the plot structure of BO's journey instead of an adequate tool in analyzing and reducing complexity. 

He won't get it, he'll just figure we're burying our feelings from figuring how we're behaving relative to his own excessive vulnerabilities. 

This is unnecessary strife, caused by the bourgeois.
