What's unhealthy for people, crazy or not, is to be rebuking opinions purely based on how they don't fit their own worldview.

I mean you do you, but I don't think this would confirm anything damning beyond the range of coincidence.
His posting activity could be independent of your presence, as is it can't be confirmed in an observable way. Without more of a means of seeing what's going on with him, whether he's posting a lot or not could be matters of his own life's context for elements we aren't able to see from here, ones that could stand to change with or without your being around.
