the thing is I have learned that not everyone in the world who does crazy shit is trolling like me or Sam who like basically act out characters for fun, so she might be legitimately insane and believes what she does. or she is a troll for attention

In Gail's case specifically, you can actually look into her history before she split from reality.
She has a college education and even some air force experience, but she ultimately broke at one point and had to withdraw from all of it. She from then on was on a series of different medications, uploading herself as she reacts to them with variations that can be seen by her audience (ie: us).
Her Tinfoil Hat phases are some of the best, as it's a clear warning sign of when she's more off her rocker than otherwise. She's found some decent med balances overtime but her earlier works are extra lost.

I'd say she's way too lost and into it to be trolling, too dedicated to her message to have it be tongue in cheek. She displays no tells whatsoever over it being tomfoolery.

everything "crazy" i say is for fun to mess with people, i actually have a very strong skeptical atheist high intelligence quotient and emotional quotient base that I work off of
