Do people here still dress up for Halloween?
not sure if i'll bother this year, but last year i dressed up as heath ledger's joker and scared people at night, and lots of people took photos of me and put it on snapchat, i cut my hair though, so def can't do the joker again, not sure what i'll be if i decide anything.
