YouTube star Austin Jones sentenced to 10 years in child porn case

Former YouTube singer Austin Jones, who had a large teenage following, was sentenced in Chicago federal court to 10 years in prison for coercing six girls to send him sexually explicit videos.

In a court filing last week, obtained by the Chicago Tribune, prosecutors said Jones "preyed on their youth, their vulnerabilities and most glaringly, their adoration of him, and he did it over and over again."

"He coached the girls on what to wear, what to say, how to dance and what to do in the videos,"

I remember hearing about that. He told a 13 year old girl she had to do sexual things on camera and say his name overand over to "prove" she was his buggest fan. When she said she didnt want to he told her she wasnt a real fan and other girls would do it for him, and he was just so dissapointed she didnt love him enough or something along those lines

the interesting thing for me was this happened all online. this online life is getting real with real consequences. 10 years in prison is no trivial little deal.

i think what has happened here is the internet and this online life started 10 maybe 15 years ago. young people have grown up on the internet wild and without guidance. it reminds me of lord of the flies.

the justice system is just now catching up to some of the antics going on.

It didn't happen all online though. Underaged girls were stripping for real.

Anyway, 10 years in prison with that charge, lmao... He won't make it till the end, mark my words.
