I Just recently ordered an enema kit and have had one that i used like once a week in the past too but i stopped doing them for a while now i want to start doing them again

also i have had literal orgasms when i used additives like apple cider vinegar or castile soap because they are irritating and its in your butthole so it feels like a super intense itch in your butthole and ya

 

I did them probably more often than i should because of the orgasms

im not doing the laxatives anymore I did them only once lol but actually enemas are completely fine for you ive done extensive research on them

they are controversial but I have used them in the past pretty often for like a year and i have no issues
