I'm pretty depressed too, but I've created a fictional world in my head that I can go to whenever I need. Helps out cause I feel more like a portal and less of a human

I finally had somewhere I could go and feel safe and deal with my shit in a healthy way and my therapist broke that trust

she doesn’t know how bad she fucked up by doing this to me or how long I was waiting for someone to talk to who would understand and just fucking help me 

and then she pulls this shit and ruins it

 That doesn’t work for me I’m too depressed to care 

or rather the depression is too impenetrable to escape that easily 

So do you have proof that your therapist broke confidentiality, or are you assuming this from some sort of clue or hint?
