The title for this screenplay is Detective Lowback Pain Takes on Marijuana Addiction at University Island. Lowback gets hired by parents to investigate their college students to see if they are smoking pot. Unfortunately though Lowback has the delusion that his wife was stolen from him by a Rastafari (which is not actually the case) and so, he cannot contain his rage and ends up going on an all out murder spree.
The story switches between The future where Lowback is older and stuck in the casino of his mind, forced to be chained to his gambling addiction. And when he is younger and living out his exploits.
