You care too much about the wrong things.

Emotion =/= weakness

Ppl who think it is are weak themselves: they can't handle it and its consequences, so they deny it for themselves altogether. And when someone else shows emotion, they will try to use it against them, but if the person showing it is not a little bitch, they are powerless and it drives them mad. It is beautiful. Emotion is a powerful tool, even a weapon if you know how to use it for your advantage.

Some people may only think some emotion is a weakness as well, the same applies, just only for the specific emotions involved.

You care far too much if your posts are liked, why?

Do whatever you want, why let others influence your decisions one way or another based on irrational arguments and intimidation?

If you think and feel for yourself without the desire for peer approval I don't see why SC would be an issue to begin with. Oh, someone on the internet thinks I'm an idiot? Not sure how I'll cope with this absolutely mad accusation.

He claims we "Apathy Signal" or something to that effect as a contrast to his outbursts. 

Instead of focusing on how much he over-extends, he's saying we don't extend enough to not have to focus on himself.

There's some truth here.

People over share and when the inevitable perceived insult occurs,  any information gained will be used against the other.  There is perpetual  drama here because of this. 

Sc is all about the drama. Don't share what you don't want plastered on its walls. 

When you and Delora got married, several people advised you both stay off SC. Not because you weren't wanted but because they saw the pitfalls of how you could be played against each other. 

Don't share so much here.  Follow your own advice and be humble.  It may not be easy but it's easier than letting this place affect you so strongly.
