She’s a self admitted SJW so obviously not everyone gels with that and she understands that... 

I don’t know if it’s YouTube’s responsibility but it is the law’s responsibility, and I think there should be more laws in place surrounding the issue of minors on the internet and what is legal and isn’t legal 

YouTube is just a platform and while it’d be cool if they cared about stuff, it’s not very likely they would unless it came down to them doing something legally irresponsible 

so if you made it a legal issues, then they would have all sorts of jurisdictions but- for right now, there’s no laws really governing child celebrities on the internet who’s careers, as a minor, and who’s family’s monetary well being depends entirely on the child, the hours they work, and the conditions/actions they may or may not be subject or persuaded to committing (whether it be their own decision, or the working of a manager, production team or, agent or parent)
