I watched a video once where someone compared the Fallout universe to what would likely happen in a real post nuclear fall out world. They considered bottlecaps becoming currency likely and compared it to reasons gold became a currency. Gold is common enough to be abundant enough for a currency, but rare enough to make it stand out from other metals. Additionally it had no practical use (before the invention of electronics.) Being so soft and heavy it would make a terrible armor or building material, so it was pretty much only worth showing off. This made it less likey to be pulled from the currency supply to make goods/ for necessary tools to be melted down into money.

In any case for your last sentence I believe you want to draw attention to the fact that gold will not be devalued by pulling it from use as currency--instead you say gold is pulled from the currency supply to make tools that are then MELTED DOWN INTO MONEY. This is confusing.
I think you added text to the sentence that was not supposed to be there. ;)

A brief dream I don’t understand where:

and also with their clothes to pass herself off as them, though they were similar.
I should say here that teeth and feet kinda disgust me, though I have been told I have great teeth myself
