Visiting websites like this has the same motivations as playing video games imo, he was being fairly hypocritical. Video games are now a toxic social experience.

 Theres one main difference.  Playing video games is often done to receive instant gratification.  SC however, depending on the person, is often done to mentally challenge yourself by combating people who have similar or completely dissimilar mental capabilities.  It's like a game of chess with people who are awfully destructive, you need thick skin and thick offences.  Yes i can see how you could say all that in reference to video games, but its in such a different way.

 The internal reasons are similar to that of playing video games but the structure is unique. Its a battle for supremacy and social dominance, which is why we play chess so much. Everyone seeks to dominate a certain feild: xad a shitposter, slay the flagship socio, tryp the ring leader, blanc a medical encyclopedia etc etc

i dont think we'll get cawks opinion on chess since hes banned, but he wouldnt be honest anyway

 I don't try to fit that image, it was just given to me. I think there's things I do even on here that go against that purported image.
