The media is hating on him bad. Overall though he seems in good health and as tenacious as ever!

Judging by what some newspapers are writing about him, he's akin to a domestic terrorist. For which he should have gotten a much longer jail sentence.
Judging from what actually happened however, prison was a severe overreaction for this brave patriot. I'll be glad to see him continue the good fight.

He did not, he went out of his way to not leak any details about the case and remained out of the legal limits of the courthouse and merely reported on what was there to be seen by everyone, publicly. Robinson was aware of the reporting ban and because of it he was cautious not to cross the boundaries. Initially he got detained by cops who saw his presence as a possible breach of peace and then they found a way to stick it to him with the contempt of court thing. Which he successfully fought afterwards btw and was then brought in front of another judge who punished him.
