I’m going to live tweet my reactions to the new stuff Apple released today, while watching the keynotes. In this thread.

Note about Apple Events:
Apple did a really a series of really cool events at their apple store locations recently, probably as a pre-promo to the new and coming stuff they have planned for the future.
It was just a way to include all their customer base and get them coming in the store. They had an event for each group there is to market to pretty much. Even kids.
The kid event was really cool I took my nephew and lil bros to it and they absolutely loved.
But yeah highly recommend watching vids on the different events they’ve hosted, they’re really interesting and, creatively inspirational. You can tell they’re moving in a forward direction- not just “re-making old devices but with a twist this time” lol or “yesterday’s iPhone in a different shape now with a cooler camera”
They’re wading into new territories all together creatively, these next few decades are going to be very cool.
Apple arcade
-the games look beautiful. I know a lot of kids that would love to have this. just in time for Christmas ;)
-4.99 month makes sense if you’re the type that buys like a shit ton of games
Apple TV plus (TV+)
-these movies/shows that are “apple originals” actually look really good. They’re on point.
-especially the one about Emily Dickinson because I’ve been wanting to see a movie about her for the longest time, I’m so here for this <3
-“See” looks fucking epic holy cow what a cool concept (but they are trying to be game of thrones wont lie but hey, it was WILDLY successful so, why not go with what the people like. Smart move.)
-thank god they stepped up to the plate and started making better entertainment, not many movies and tv out lately that have been peaking my interest
-4.99 a month is a good price i won’t lie
-oh and you get one year free when you buy a new device that’s nice. Cuz you know people will be like SHIT i just PAID FOR ALL THIS SHIT NOW YOU WANT ME TO PAY MORE SHIT. Yeah, that would piss some people off. They were smart to think ahead on that one :P
iPad 7th generation
-i love iPads but i think there’s serious room for improvement with the keyboard that you can buy from apple to go with it...
-10.2 inches is smaller than mine, mine is 12.2 i believe
-they say its faster but hm, we will see :P
-new home screen thank god. The last one was too basic and all the apps are so far apart its almost hard to find it
-i like how easy the new multi tasking thing it is to use just holding it like with your thumb. So you dont drop the fucking iPad fiddling with it.
-yessss floating keyboard can be used with one hand thank you
-new photos app editing tools interesting.
-they said nothing about iMovie though, the ipad version of iMovie is literally retarded :( FIX IMOVIE FOR IPAD DAMMIT and make it for iPhone too so you can stop working on it one place and pick up on another device
-wow love the screeen shot/pdf thing and then you can mark on it readily and it auto goes to pages thats perfect that’s my favorite new feature
they mentioned nothing for designers or film makers or musicians or artists or writers or bloggers/website owners, business employees, online business owners, or students. Weird. I guess they wanted to keep it short.
Apple Watch series 5
(improves people’s lives the following ways)
The health app
-wow apparently it saved peoples lives omg stop it they’re making me
-oh my gosh it helps deaf people be notified when their baby moves or wakes up because they can’t hear it crying omygosh
Music
-ugh they’re showing how the music playing while he runs helps the autistic kid run on his track team i can’t
-so emotional i can’t lol i’m Crying
-they’re all thanking apple for making their lives better omygosh i’m literally in tears stop
-i want to use it when i’m Working out so that’s nice. Also great to just get in the car and it auto connects to blue tooth and u start playing the music real quick
Research App
-mostly preventative medical studies to see how Apple Watch can help contribute to the study of technology and improving health
-finally they’re doing something more with preventative medicine. This is so crucial.
-the number of GP’s in the future will decline and there will be a 40% deficit in just America alone.
-meaning, there aren’t enough fucking doctors in the world.
-if people went *before* things got worse, or noticed things preemptively, the number of serious health issues and death, and other health problems in America would significantly decrease by a huge percentage.
-this is huge. Hugely important.
Display
-always on now instead of going dark (SO HELPFUL FOR MEDICAL PERSONEL OMYGOD) but no battery life compromise. 18 hour battery life. Thank YOU!
-ambient light censor and stuff that makes you able to see it all the time in every lighting. Adapts to environment.
-the compass is awesome so those apps that use compass can work with it
-they improved the SOS safety thing, all you have to do is hold down the button and it calls emergency services automatically. That will save so many lives.
-made from 100% recycled materials
-also have titanium models
-and now a white one
-the Hermès models look very classy :) not so chunky and odd like previous models have been
-swim proof
-ECG, fall detection, Apple Pay
-GPS vs. Cellular models cost difference of course
-i liked the promo video they did of it afterwards.... the synchronicity it has with human life exactly as it is, is very good.
iPhone 11
-very shiny
-toughest ever iPhone? But how tough :P drop test time :)
-i can’t decide which color i like but there is no rose gold or pink which is extremely sad just saying
Camera
-ultra wide camera yes...... always used to be frustrating you can’t fit everything in with landscapes to capture the beauty without taking a shitty panorama
-these photos look amazing and cool
-enabled portrait mode for pets
-depth of field shots
-change the background really easily cool like a green screen
-nightmode looks amazing yay
-4K video + better stabilization sweet
-QuickTake button so now u dont have to use Snapchat :P
-the wide thing helps you get all the people in the photo too so thats nice (always been a struggle taking group photos)
-slowmo on front facing... oh god lol that’s gonna be fun
A13 chip makes everything faster and better graphics as usual :P
Ok you gotta admit that promo videos they did so far have all been cinematography wise, quite epic
A lot of people were disappointed in Apple this round. The iPhone Pro Max looks the same as it's predecessor and it costs as much as a Note 10+. Just like the Note 10+ the new iPhone lineup offers wide angle cameras, with night mode, but it lacks the 4th camera for measuring distance which is wonderful with Ai. Other than that they never got into the specs cause honestly their specs aren't even enough to justify it's pricing when I looked them up.
The 3 cameras are much better, but the layout is ugly. I showed it to my Godchild who drinks the Apple Kool-aid and she thought I was trolling her. The camera bump is disturbing.
When they showed the Apple watch, I was put off by them at a glance.
Galaxy watch is a whole other story.
I never paid mind to the Apple TV+. Last time the Apple TV was a piece of hardware, this time maybe it's an App, and it'll be wiser if Apple kept it that way, and let it run on Android and PC.
Personally I have an Nvidia shield I never use, but it's purpose goes beyond a typical Android box, and if Apple TV+ has anything I'm interested in, it'll serve them I can install it into the Shield or any of my computers.

What I expect from the iPhone is speed, and if the A13 Processor inside it is so much better, than we can expect the iPhone to be the fastest mobile device on the market for 2019. Will people be lining up for iPhone 11 at launch ? A yes or no I find equally depressing.

-when he was saying self learning capabilities it made me realize your phone could customize itself based on your habits and everything like that, that would be interesting to see it do just experimentally.
(Like it notices you go to a certain place a lot, it asks you- do you want to set an alarm to go to work everyday at 6am? Because it notices you go to this place and cash checks from this business and you obvioulsy are a registered employee there) and it will like make and label the alarm just with you saying, ‘sure thanks”
or like, it will rearrange your apps to suit the frequency of use to the ease of access ratio sort of deal
Camera
-ultra wide in addition to the normal and wide options iPhone 11 has.
-take all three shots at once if you can’t decide which one you want. That’s impressive.
-stunning quality of photos, this will be great for taking photos of my makeup looks :) yay
(previously iPhone photos of makeup looks sucked and i had to use a whole ass other camera for it.... which is annoying because sometimes the perfect lighting happens when you dont have ur camera. But you have your phone >:) cuz, you always have your phone.
-how the fuck does it take photos before you press the shutter button dude that makes no sense lol but ok
i feel like that guy who introduced the cameras was really nice, he seemed like a good guy. I just wanted to say that. He reminds me of Winnie the Pooh
coolest promo video i’ve Ever seen, these are their best promo/ad videos yet and whoever they hired to do these they need to keep him. Keep all of them. So beautiful, humanity *needs* whoever this man or woman is, to make videos. Do you understand. Oh apparently their names are Diego Garza(Vargas? I can’t hear) and Diego Ramirez. Wowee.
IOS 13
HAS NEW VIDEO EDITING FEATURES IN THE PHOTOS APP oh- but no improvements to iMovie for iPhone????? Maybe they’ll get to that later :P
Filming Pro App
He said something about something called SF related to photos but I dunno what that was
Focal length for filming pro wowee, shows all four options and you can pick one that’s so nice- and shOOT WITH ALL FOUR OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME WOW I LOVE THAT. You can zoom in and out on your focus with one tap ugh so convenient.
Oh my god, YOU CAN FILM THE FRONT AND BACK AT THE SAME TIME. YES. I hadn’t even thought of that, but that’s briLLIANT

Faster cellular supposedly?
sort of better water resistance but not really, it still won’t survive a drop in glass of water, or a toilet. But you can spill or splash shit on it which is good i guess.
I wish they would improve FaceTime, sometimes it’s so laggy and glitchy and pixelated :(
the iPhone 11 has 19 hour battery life, as oppose to the iPhone 10 which had 18
the iPhone 11 Pro however has 23 hour battery life
they improved Face ID to be faster and work from more angles so that’s nice. I find Face ID really frustrating for those reasons. Some people even hated how slow it was (like Jeffrey star himself) and he RETURNED his iPhone 10 solely for that reason XD
I like to get the Max version and I highly recommend getting like, the largest ipad, the largest phone they have if you have “eye sight” troubles.
