No, but a kid I know is writing and it seems to help keep him off the suicidal ideation train. He wants to publish when he finishes it up and asked for personal experience regarding it. I've never published anything but I figured I'd just redirect him to your post if you did write about it.
All my stories outside of sc were fanfics and therefore all I had to do what put up a disclaimer that I wasn't being paid to write and then submit my stories. I assume actually getting published would be way different.
