Clearly not, she's all kinds of pent up. 

Also whenever Dexter's had the chance to use science to get the ladies, he avoids her at all costs while wooing otherwise random women. If he was into DeeDee, he'd not need to work so hard and he'd likely suck at Super Sciences. 

2- Did the Doctor molested any of the Power Puff girls? It's said he touched the brunette hence why she was always angry and aggressive towards males.

Look at their shape, I don't think they have sexual parts, nor do I think they'll age. 

Buttercup is unusually aggressive, but that compensation's less PTSD and more a distaste towards learned helplessness. 

3 - Why the Cow and Chicken parents were human? Were they actually just being raised to be eaten later by the humans? 

See these are the real questions. 

That mother is a hoe, and those parents could totally be into some weird kinky shit. Listen to their dialogues, they're super weird people. 

4  - Was Samurai Jack  a Caucasian?  Jack ain't no asian name hmhm.

He was given that name in episode 2 by locals right after he traveled through time. We never actually learn his real name, as his backstory is done without any lines, just music and montaged events to represent his training. 

Now if you want to look into a real conspiracy, you ought to look into if "Powerpuff Girls" and "Samurai Jack" are in the same setting, albeit with a time lapse difference. They share billboards, they both feature talking dogs, and people keep trying to claim The Professor looks too similar to Jack to be a coincidence. 

5 - In Sponge Bob, why they had a squirrel with diving equipment, why not just live in the woods? Did the world went to a crazy nuclear war and there was no land safe to live, and the only way to stay away from radioactive shit was to be in deep waters?

She's a scientist, from Texas, cut her some slack. 

The real conspiracy is one the show's been throwing in our faces for years: What's the secret ingredient to the Krabby Patty Formula? 

Spoiler Alert: It's Speed. Look at Spongebob's deterioration and figure him an unreliable narrator whose eyes we use to see the world (he used to be so responsible...), and look at how people respond when they first try a Krabby Patty; It's always euphoria and energy, like adderall or cocaine. Squidward gets so addicted when he finally tries one that he eats until he explodes. 

Hm, interesting answers. But it got me thinking as well, Krabby Patty is an analogy to meth? Maybe. You have a point. 

And the Samurai Jack being Professor is also pretty reasonable. 

I still think Dexter was into DeeDee, that's why he was jealous of Mandrack. She was a tall, skinny, model like blonde, and he was a short ginger, he wanted to that her really bad. Or maybe, it was DeeDee who was into Dexter, hence why she was aaaaalways in his lab trying to call his attention by breaking stuff.

Right, actually, this has some real answers, and you've got it backwards. The Spongebob movie confirms that the surface world is our world, even with a David Hasselhoff cameo:
