I like transparency and animations. 

I like aesthetic ones, obviously. Kestrel has a very nice avatar. 

I also much enjoy personalised ones like Jim and TPG and TC have. Lena's current avatar suits her immensely, that face is perfect for some of her demeanour. I grew quite fond of Alice's avatar, though for reasons exceeding her picture I suppose. 

I dislike Tryptamine's avatar because it's just vague and doesn't leave an impression. Peach does have a memorable avatar and it does suit her, but it's not as personalised as some others. Same goes for Scarlett. Peach and Scar do share some similar traits overall.

I dislike your current avatar blanc I think you deserve something more personal. I didn't address nearly everyone but these are some random impressions
