Horror dreams are back

I dreamt last night of a chainsaw that went on the lose in an apartment

and killed this couple living there

it like jumped over to the bed and sliced up this woman in her bed and then it jumped over to the tiny bathroom and the man was sitting on the toilet

and he ducked down screaming and then it landed on his neck and severed off his head slowly

and he screamed the most horrific loud scream of just pure anguish and terror while it chopped off his head and there was blood just gushing everywhere

and then I just looked away and was like omg don’t look... and

but I saw like half of it coming off

i legit just woke up from a dream of a black hole swallowing me and everyone else and the earth the entire universe and suffocating like 2hrs and 20 minutes ago

My nightmare right now's a waking one.

Mouth's still bleeding after wisdom tooth extraction.

I dreamt of swimming in dark water and it was scary

I was looking for something or trying to accomplish some task that required me to go in the water reluctantly

there was several people standing on rocky edges around the water it was like just like mountains and rocks and just this deep random area filled inbetween them with dark cold water black water

i think it’s related to the emdr I’ve been doing in therapy and diving through repressed memories

because i was swimming through it looking for something but I felt scared by the deep ness of the water not being able to see or anything just swimming through the unknownness was terrifying

I was staring out the window in the dream and dissociated

and I could feel the person I was fade

and I walked out of this cave into this rock and saw people in the water and standing on rocks across the way and one on the rock I was on

and the people told me that the girl on the rock was looking for something

and I jumped in trying to find it because her search party was taking too long I said I would do it for them

there was a limited amount of time for some reason

like I was trying to get it fast so I could move on or wake up or go back to where I was in reality where I had dissociated from?

Yeah sk thats what it was and I was trying to find that thing real quick cuz I was gonna fun out of time before it was time to go back

and I wonder if that was the first time I’ve been able to catch a glimpse of an inner world or alters (that wasn’t total darkness)

i had a dream last night i was buying a lot of sea shells

there was a lot more to it but i forgot the rest. lol
