The getting phase

• Dominate her: Beat her in an argument, make fun of her, stand up to her for someone else, refuse a request,challenge her, call her out on a moral failing, make a witty comeback that destroys her in front of everyone. The idea is to make her feel inferior to you. Women are attracted to men above them. Show her how much stronger and smarter than her you're.
• Distract her: Women are bored, depressed miserable creatures who need a man to rescue them from the monotony and misery that is their lives. Take her on an adventure, play fight with her, give her drugs, take her to parties, do dangerous and fun things together. She'll get addicted to you.
• Play into her fantasies: What does she want? Security? A strong man to show her the way in life? Love? Affection? Eternal commitment? Someone who will stay with her because she's an annoying retard and chases everyone off? Be that for her.
• Mirror her. Study her and pretend to be things that you think she might be and think things she thinks. Don't over do it, disagree with her at times to keep the sexual tension going. Give her the feeling that you're her soul twin.

Keeping phase

This is arguably harder than the getting phase since you have alot of bullshit to maintain and women will constantly test your strength and stop acting their best like they did in the beginning.

• Always keep a foot on the door. Make her feel like you might walk away anytime. Once a woman feels like she has you it's over, you're gonna lose that sweet princess that was only a mirage because she was afraid of losing you if you she shows you her true self. Allude to having other girls (or boys), get annoyed by things she does, never give her too much attention and praise, always keep her working hard to make you happy. Any signs that you're attached to her or need her and you can say goodbye to pussy.
• Watch out for games. She'll insult you, provoke you, argue with you, flirt with other guys, ignore you, whatever. You must pass these shit tests by being completely non-reactive or ghosting her for 5-7 days if she is being disrespectful. Teach her that she's going to lose you if she doesn't treat you well.
• Hot and cold. Adore her, fuck her hard, give her your full attention one day. Then the next day give her the cold shoulder. Always keep her trying to get on your best side.
• Make her feel like she's average in looks and dumber than you, treat her like a child and act like she can't do anything by herself and help her with everything, make her feel like she can't survive without you.
• Push her boundaries and make her do things she would never do for others. The more a woman invests in you and sacrifices for you, the more she will be attached to you.
• Might be paradoxical but the more time you spend without a woman the more you get to keep her, a woman doesn't want a man she has and will never let go of a man that she can't have.
• Give her a good time, lots of fun but always blame her for everything and make sure she always feel like maybe you don't want her and that she's beneath you. Act like she's a shitty mean person and keep her down always, except when giving her a good time as a reminder of the honeymoon phase.
• Power struggles. Sometimes during a period of you falling out, don't be the one that texts her first. Never beg and never try to explain yourself, always be the one that lets go first and walks away. Make her beg and work to have you. She'll be more attracted to you if she feels she needs you more than you need her.
