For some reason, I find this test more accurate personality-wise than any other tests.
The D&D alignment system having a law vs chaos and good vs evil paradigm while defining "Evil" as "Selfish" covers a surprising amount of ground.
It's been a tried and true classic memed to death.

Yes, it's very real-life situation oriented. It's easier to judge whether you'd behave in x or y fashion than it is to answer a quetsion like "Are you generally in-or extroverted?". I noticed with MBTI it really takes effort to reflect on each question and conjure up example situations, effort which many people don't put in. So they get wrong results. But when pitted with a clear RL situation it's easier to judge your own behaviour.
