Hmm, pretty suspicious. Had secret sex trafficking business of underage children. Both Bill and Trump have a past of sexual abuse. Though, I'm don't think Trump killed him. It was most likely the Cuntons, as many people seem to drop dead when they could be perceived as a threat to the Cunton family.
The dude was in a cell, he would've been under suicide watch because of how important of a figure he was due to his crimes, there's no way he could of just committed suicide. He was assassinated.
