That's a tough one. Colds are a bitch, tbh. I'd take the billion dollars and use medicine to deal with the cold's symtomps. 

I'd be fucking high all the time with that money so it wouldn't matter much being sick.

The apple isn't appealing to me as I'm rarely ever sick and when I am it doesn't last more than a few days. 

The money won't keep you happy after awhile.
