Really? The only problematic bipolars I've met were the ones everyone made excuses for. People don't want to be insensitive, so these poor saps get babied their whole life and become spoiled adult brats. But I don't think being bipolar matters, no one wants to deal with that, bipolar or not.
Mine, for the most part, were aware of the limits even during their mood swings.. probably from a past learning experience after pushing someone too far though. It's definitely unfortunate to see people walking eggshells around them because they're scared of being cancelled or something. A friend of mine feels trapped in an abusive relationship largely in part for that very reason.. kinda gross to see in action like that. One bad apple, blah blah.
