Sleep Stuff

trying to re arrange my sleep schedule since I get off of work at midnight.

Post anything you listen to sleepy or to make you sleep. Tips on how you fall asleep would be cool also

I've had lots of trouble falling asleep. What helps me is to focus on one sound, whether something outside or some monotonous podcast playing in my ear. What also helps is lying completely still and ignoring some of the targeted itches your body then sends to some parts of your body. That will signal to your brain that your body is asleep and it should follow suit. 

Meditation also helps.

 yes I second this. 

I'm going to get a script for melatonin next time I'm at the doctors too, that seems life changing for some people.
