call your therapist please. they may have pushed too much too soon, this happens.
but you can heal. pls don't underestimate the ability pain has to fade.
life can become more livable, and you're capable of having that, and you deserve it.

I've been saying she's gross for a while now.
don't be another laughing stock of SC that went out like sinister.
there is a lot of potential in life, do you really want to miss it? you only get one chance to have it.
I know you're not in love with it right now, you're not in love with life, or yourself. you don't feel that love and that's why you crave it.
but therapy takes a couple years of work and then you'll be amazed at how much about your mentality will have changed, and how you feel.
It really did a 180 for me so I just want to tell you that even when you think you're at the end of the rope it doesn't *have* to be. you have the option to keep trying.
