Ed, I get this if you mean how she's responding to specific people who've pushed her, but Luna's starting to turn on people who just disagree with her. She's constituting people disagreeing with her as "abuse" now.
Scarlet isn't "Goon Squad", and Luna's overreacting by being that way over "the slightest criticism" is her making yet more mistakes. She banned Spatial for defending Scarlet, does that make him a part of the problem too? She destroyed her domains over people who weren't even related to the past issues.
If you want to see what's wrong with Luna's behaviors now, you need to stop lumping people.
